Now we have a few rolls to help wash hands, tables, and clean up spills. Cleaning supplies go quickly when you have 620 students a week cleaning up after themselves. The hand sanitizer helps clean up messy hands quickly and without fuss. The cleaning supplies have immensely helped with keeping hands clean and reducing messes. We also greatly appreciate our new broom! It has the dust pan attached for easy use and has even caused an argument or two about who gets to sweep. Having pants available in the classroom is always a lifesaver. One day a student came in on a 45 degree day in just shorts and sandals with a tank top and I was able to grab a pair of sweatpants and socks and he went and changed into the sweatpants to be more comfortable for the day. Another student didn't make it to the bathroom in time and they were able quickly wash up with wipes and change into new underwear and pants. One student came in wearing tights under a skirt but they were too small and uncomfortable. I was able to give her a pair of leggings to change into to make the school day focused on learning and not being uncomfortable in too small tights.\r\n\r\nHaving the clothing in the classroom and readily available is such a time saver, embarrassment saver and comfort for students and helps each and every day run more smoothly.\r\n\r\nAs this school year has only recently begun, this donation was able to fill the bin for the 100 new kindergarten and preschool students.
