As any teacher, parent, student knows, reading is learning! I hope that by keeping a variety of books in my classroom library that my students will feel inspired and encouraged to read as much as possible. I want them to experience the world, and the best way to do that is through literature. I wish to keep a vast library to that my students can take home books as often as they like. I have very few books in my personal collection that line up with the 6th grade curriculm so I truly am starting from scratch. Any help, any help at all will be greatly appreciated!! I would also love any recommendations on what your kiddos are reading right now, that is age appropriate of course!
