The organizational materials have transformed our daily routines. Students can independently access reading and math materials, return items to labeled bins, and transition between activities smoothly. One of my favorite moments was watching a student remind a classmate where materials belonged because \"we're keeping our stations ready for learning.\" That sense of ownership has made a noticeable difference in focus and responsibility.\r\n\r\nThe reading and math station supplies have become a daily part of instruction. During small-group rotations, students use the materials to practice skills, collaborate with peers, and explain their thinking without waiting for teacher assistance. When the supplies were first introduced, students were visibly excited—many immediately asked when they could start using them and proudly helped organize everything. The additional learning supplies have also ensured that every student has what they need to participate fully, removing barriers and reducing interruptions caused by missing materials.\r\n\r\nThanks to this project, my students are better prepared to engage deeply with their learning. Our next steps include expanding our reading and math stations to include more student-led practice and peer discussion, allowing me to provide targeted instruction in small groups.
