These materials will be used for individual centers that allow me to pull groups to work on social and emotional skills to support my instruction of trauma sensitivity relating to the isolation students had last year. This trauma is making relationships and social interaction difficult this year. The flexible seating will be used to help students socially distance at centers to comply with CDC and district COVID regulations. The standards related to this would be all math standards as the centers will cover all math common core areas. The social and emotional instruction will be covered by standard the Health standard 1.PCE.K.1 Identify a variety of healthy practices and behaviors to maintain or improve personal, community, and environmental health. I will be using lessons provided by the school counselor to address this standard.
