The light cover over our fluorescent lights, along with the galaxy light, has made the room much more comfortable. It softens harsh lighting, which helps students focus better, especially during activities like reading or using the Amira program on their computers. The calm atmosphere supports students' sensory needs and provides a safe, inviting space for both independent and group work. The large digital clock with a built-in timer has also made a big difference in time management. Students now have a clear visual cue for transitions, and the warning flash helps them prepare for the next activity. This has reduced stress around schedule changes and increased their independence.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, students will continue using these resources as they work on collaborative reading, math stations, and science projects.
