These tablets will be put to incredible use in our classroom. They will help reinforce concepts that we are currently learning in both literacy and mathematics. Students will have many opportunities to use them during readers workshop and math RTI time. These iPads will also allow students the opportunity to interact with all the opportunities that the technology word offers us. Some examples of this are being able to research different topics, take virtual field trips, and help provide intervention resources. This project with appeal to third graders by adding a technological component that increases student engagement in amazing ways. Not only will these iPads increase student engagement they will offer many opportunities to develop technology skills. This will allow me students to always have access to technology. They will also benefit this class and many many more classes in the future.
