Children at this age are eager to learn. When we study a topic, they are sponges! They want to learn every possible fact. Library books, visited websites, and classroom conversations are always about our core... they get so engaged. By instilling a love of learning, I hope they become life long learners. I have such an amazing class! They are so diverse and bring lots of color to our room. We are a family. We really look out for one another. We have some special need students who require a lot of peer support. It warms my heart daily to see how supportive they are to each other.

About my class
