Students work at their independent levels using classroom technology. If headphones are not available, students struggle to hear the instruction or directions on their device. Having a classroom set of headphones will allow students to focus on their individual instruction and interact with the classroom technology more freely. Students will not need to turn their volume down, which makes understanding critical concepts more readily accessible to them and prevents a miscommunication of information. In addition to the classroom technology, building our classroom library and math game resource center is a high priority. Students seek out these engaging centers when they have completed their work.
