Without ink, the educators of our grade are unable to make learning items that are meaningful and engaging for the students. For example, not only would we be using ink for worksheets that the students use for essential practice of concepts, but we would also use this ink to create different types learning activities for our classes. Because we teach in the 21st century, our teaching prep and resources need to be printed. We need ink to print maps, documents, and pictures for students to be able to analyze primary sources. These activities help the students learn at a deeper, more meaningful level and help the learning "stick".
