When they reached the rowing machines, many were initially unsure, but after a quick demonstration, they quickly became enthusiastic and competitive—in the best way. Students began tracking their distance and time, encouraging one another, and even setting personal goals. It was incredible to see students who are sometimes hesitant in traditional sports find confidence and success on the rowers.\r\n\r\nWhen the machines first arrived, the reaction was immediate excitement. Students were curious and eager to try something new. Several had never seen or used a rowing machine before, and their excitement turned into motivation.
