By having the stand up desk, I can move about my room and provide more things for the students for a visual experience such as the smartboard, the many manipulatives, and the experience of the classroom. For learning Integers, I would like for students to see manipulative in use, participate in smartboard activities, and even play games using the smartboard as if they were in class. I would like to use anchor charts that are around the room, write on the boards around the room, and be able to play kooshball and other games using the smartboard. The standup desk would allow me to move more freely and not be sitting the entire lesson.

About my class
