An effective learning environment will promote a comfortable environment at school in which students will look forward to and thrive. Nevada State Standards RL6.10 and RI6.10, which calls for all sixth grade students in Nevada to read grade level content, will be more easily achieved with proficiency in an environment in which students feel supported and welcomed. This is especially important due to the fact that students were out of the classroom for so long due to Covid and are now expected to function as members of a class after being isolated for a great deal of time.
