For students with diverse needs, this clear, large visual format is critical, as it breaks down barriers to understanding and helps focus attention. The entire class has especially warmed to this technology during our transition times. After students complete their work, we use the projector to guide them through mindful breathing videos and adapted yoga, creating a shared, predictable, and visually calming routine that is now a student favorite.\r\n\r\nThis new routine, combined with the sensory items, has been particularly transformative for students who benefit from visual structure and planned movement breaks. Students on the autism spectrum, for instance, thrive with the projector's clear visual boundaries, which reduces anxiety and increases focus. Other students who historically struggled to sit still are now able to practice structured self-regulation techniques during the projected yoga time, returning to academic tasks noticeably more focused and prepared to learn.
