The new school year will offer students the opportunity to learn and grow. The Amazon Fire Tablets will afford each student a greater chance to actively engage more in the lessons and class activities. Technology is an essential component in my classroom because I realized that my students are more engaged when they are using technology during lessons and activities. The tablets will allow each student to have a modified lesson specific to their cognitive ability. Some students will read while some students will listen and view the interactive applications. When the students are working on math, english or science the Amazon Fire Tablets will allow them the opportunity to complete the work on the tablet. At the same time the students will benefit from working on educational applications that will enhance the classroom experience.
