Using the laptop to project slow-motion movement breakdowns, display dynamic warm-up routines, and seamlessly manage our fitness tracking software has turned our gym into an interactive, high-tech classroom where every student understands the why behind physical fitness.\r\nYour support has truly elevated our physical education program from simple daily activity to a meaningful, data-driven journey toward lifelong health. The spare Chromebook is especially helpful when a student does not have a working device, forgets to bring one, or experiences a technology issue during class. Instead of falling behind or having to complete an entirely different activity, that student can grab the classroom Chromebook and continue learning alongside everyone else. It may be only one device, but on the days when a student needs it, it makes a big difference.\r\nThe two cases of paper may not seem as exciting as new technology, but they are just as valuable in our classroom. We use paper constantly for assignments, graphic organizers, activities, assessments, and other materials that allow students to work away from a screen. Students appreciate having a balance between digital and paper-based learning, and the additional Chromebook gives them the security of knowing there is a backup when technology does not cooperate. Together, these resources give me more flexibility in how I teach and give my students more ways to participate and demonstrate what they know.\r\n\r\nFor students from low-income families, having these resources available at school is particularly important. Students should not have to worry about whether they have access to a working computer, a printer, or basic supplies at home in order to be successful. Having these materials readily available helps remove some of those barriers and allows students to focus on learning rather than on what they may not have.
