This lesson covers content standards MS-PS2-2 and HS-PS2-1. It leads into further content standards in the next lesson, specifically HS-ETS1-2, HS-ETS1-3, and HS-PS2-3. This lesson is very math intensive with multiple equations to remember and calculate. With these lab materials I will be able to bring hands-on experiences to my students that allow them to create investigations and further their understanding of physics. This approach will keep students engaged and learning, even though math is involved. These materials will help bring my students' critical thinking skills into focus. The students can use the materials to experiment with mass, force, and acceleration. This will help my class since many of my students did not excel in online learning and are having trouble engaging in the return to the classroom.
