In order to read and comprehend literature and literary non-fiction at the high end of the complexity range (RL11-12.10 7 RI 11-12.10), students need to encounter these texts. Covid and distance learning seriously impacted their ability to achieve this because it separated them from the place where we help them master these skills. Virtual learning meant all our reading was done on screens. This project helps change that circumstance and close that gap by providing the texts necessary to accomplish that goal. Thank you for supporting my students and our quest to read great literature!
