The materials listed will help build a brand new art classroom at GVHS that will support the needs of over 200 9th-12th graders. Since this art room is new, there are many basic supplies that my drawing and painting students do not have available to them. Good quality scissors, rulers and colored pencils are a staple to any art room and we have started this school year with none. Additional supplies such as glue, paper, and palettes for watercolor paint will be especially useful in getting this art studio up and running. (D)1.1b Understand and apply a variety of techniques in colored pencils. VA:Cr1.HS.1I Use multiple approaches to begin creative endeavors.
