Our school is working towards project based learning in order to address the state math standards. The students utilize technology on a daily basis for lessons and their projects. Additional technology in our classroom will support students learning on a daily basis to collaborate on these projects. 8th grade mathematics 8.SP.A.1 is a current standard we are addressing within a project. Students are utilizing the technology in order to create their own projects analyzing data with scatterplots and creating their own scatterplots. This is the first year of having students complete project based learning.
