They need to recall on past lessons, use critical thinking skills, and persevere through unit/state tests. This is no easy feat! I value the importance of a \"brain break\" during our day to recharge and refocus. Students have a chance to socialize with their peers and reenergize before jumping back into the lesson. \r\n\r\nWith your donation, students had options to fuel their brains. Everything from breakfast bars to pretzels to fruit snacks were enjoyed by my class. Many of my students come to school without a snack.
