Every day students have the opportunity to log into their computers and learn through an interactive resource (iReady). This resource is extremely important because it targets their specific learning needs. Students log into Math and Reading on a daily basis to strengthen their struggle areas. In order for this resource to be most effective students need to be able to listen to what the computer says. Unfortunately, quality headphones are hard to come by, therefore the headphones that the school provides or that the students purchase do not last very long. My classes love for learning shines everyday and they love that the iReady programs directly addresses their needs to help them succeed. I have been able to see growth from this program and look forward to so much more. These headphones will also allow us to do so much more on the computer. We may also be able to use these headphones for projects and listening centers.
