This project had an immediate and meaningful impact on my students' learning and daily experience at school. The materials are used regularly and have helped create a more organized, supportive, and student‑centered environment.\r\n\r\nWith the supplies provided, I was able to implement clear visual systems for classroom jobs and academic incentives, allowing students to take responsibility for their learning space and feel motivated by their progress. The hanging pocket chart became a sticker library that celebrates academic effort, while the class job chart helps students practice responsibility and teamwork.\r\n\r\nThe emotion check‑in pocket chart has been especially impactful. We now reference emotions throughout the day, not just during morning meeting, which has strengthened my students' ability to identify feelings, self‑regulate, and support one another. Students feel seen and heard, which creates a stronger foundation for learning.\r\n\r\nHaving enough crayons, sketchbooks, and writing tools ensures that every student can fully participate without barriers. The inclusion of pens has supported important lessons about learning from mistakes and growing through challenges.
