Our students used their fine motor skills, creativity, imagination, sensory engagement, and social interaction with the Pipe Cleaners as they made a Flower Project for the upcoming \"Mother's Day.\" The laminating pouches helps protect and preserves students' projects and important guideline papers that our students need for daily reference. The Multiplication Charts helps our students with confidence, pattern recognition, and visual learning that boost speed and accuracy. With the Sport Balls being donated, not only does it enhance physical fitness, but it teaches valuable life skills that includes teamwork, communication, discipline, goal setting, social skills, and resilience. All of the Snacks that were donated provided essential nutrients that aid brain development and energy levels throughout the day for our students. The Rainbow Notebook Art-Crafts enabled our students to have creativity, use critical thinking skills, and enhance emotional well-being. One project that stood out was a group activity where students created \"calm corner\" reflection cards using the new supplies, giving them tools to self-regulate when they feel stressed. The healthy snacks have also made a huge difference—students know they can refuel their bodies and minds, which helps them stay focused and engaged during lessons.\r\n\r\nWhen the supplies first arrived, my students' faces lit up with excitement. Many couldn't believe that people outside of our classroom cared enough to support them in this way. One student shared, \"It feels like someone believes in us.\" That sense of encouragement has carried into their work, where they are currently building a classroom \"toolkit\" of SEL strategies they can apply in and out of school.
