There are so many ways the resources on my requested list will help my students. I have included basic academic manipulatives and materials that will help my students learn basic skills while using the scaffolded supports they require to gain life skills. The social emotional books will assist my students in improving their behavior and socialize appropriately with their peers, which will in turn assist them in their inclusion goals. The pencils included in this request will help my students to improve their fine motor skills. The writing journals will help them build up their writing tolerance, which is usually a non preferred activity for the students I teach. The math kits in my project will help my students to visualize the basic skills they need to be successful in school and in life!
