Social skills materials such as a tetherball tennis, magna tiles, board games and sports equipment will be instrumental in my classroom. These resources will assist me in individualizing learning tasks for each of my students. Because my students are on IEPs, this is critical to their academic and social growth. The resources I plan to receive from DonorsChoose will help me provide a fun learning environment, in which my students would enjoy going to each and every day. The main Nevada academic content standard that will be addressed using these resources are RL2 and RL5.
