Each print teaches patience, resilience, and critical thinking as students troubleshoot designs, adjust measurements, and learn from mistakes—skills that matter far beyond the art room or makerspace.\r\nFilament allows us to integrate STEAM learning, creativity, and compassion all in one place. Students experience hands-on learning where math, science, art, and technology come together, while also developing empathy by creating for others. Without filament, the printer becomes just a machine. They also shared festive headbands and noise makers so everyone felt included in the celebration. The smiles and excitement from students and staff made it clear how meaningful this experience was.\r\n\r\nThis project gave my students the chance to experience the joy of giving and to see how small acts of kindness can bring our whole school community together.
