Teaching during a pandemic is different: my 2nd-grade students attend school in a hybrid model. While students are home, many do not have adequate supplies that I could offer my students when they were in the building. My students have been working extremely hard and they deserve this supply refresh so they have what they need to be the best learners they can be. Having these new pencils, sharpeners, paper, scissors, and glue will mean the world to my students. Additionally, my students will be able to use these supplies when they want to have a creative outlet, which is important for their social-emotional health. It is important for students to stay motivated and organized and these supplies would help with that.

About my class
