We are requesting bookshelves and bins to store and display books in my classroom. I have recently received a large donation of books to create a classroom library. This project will allow me to store these items and allow the students easy access to the books. Having books in the classroom will allow students to have access to books that they otherwise would not have . It is important to allow students to have a choice when reading independently. Many students chose books based on visual appeal. Having the books displayed, will make this process easier. My goal is to have books across the curriculum to ensure that students have a variety to choose from.
