Because of your kindness, my students now have access to wobble stools, bean bags, and other seating options that have truly transformed our learning environment.\r\n\r\nFlexible seating has made such a positive impact on my students already. Many of my students need movement to stay focused, and the wobble stools allow them to wiggle while still paying attention and participating in lessons. The bean bags have created cozy, comfortable spaces where students can relax and fully engage in reading and independent work. Giving students choice in their seating helps them feel trusted, valued, and more in control of their learning.\r\n\r\nSince introducing these new seating options, I have seen students become more engaged, motivated, and excited to come to school. Students who previously struggled to sit still for long periods are now able to focus longer and complete their work more successfully. The classroom atmosphere feels more positive, supportive, and welcoming because of your generosity.\r\n\r\nYour donation has done more than provide furniture — it has helped create an environment that meets the diverse needs of my students and supports their academic and emotional growth. You have given my students opportunities to succeed, and that is something they will benefit from every single day.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and for investing in their education. Through the careful process of rolling, shaping, and designing with paper, students have learned the value of focus and patience. They are increasingly able to sustain attention for longer periods of time, thoughtfully working through each step of the creative process rather than rushing to finish.\r\n\r\nThe project has also strengthened students' fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and control, all while encouraging original thinking and artistic creativity. As their skills have grown, so has their confidence. Students feel proud of the detailed, beautiful artwork they are able to create with their own hands.\r\n\r\nBeyond individual growth, quilling has created a calm and welcoming space for positive social interaction. While working, students naturally engage in meaningful conversations, share ideas, encourage one another, and celebrate each other's progress. This collaborative atmosphere has helped build a stronger sense of community, belonging, and kindness within our classroom.\r\n\r\nBecause of this project, our classroom is not only a place for creating—it is a place where students learn perseverance, connection, and pride in their work. I hear them discussing who gets to knock it down and what color they should build the tower etc.\r\n...and the Arctic animals...well, first they lived in a decorated box and the kids played with them for about 2 weeks, THEN they were frozen into lumps of ice, and the kids have been working with eyedroppers of warm water to get them out!\r\nEach of the materials, has been used and enjoyed and helps the necessary language devleop!","fullyFundedDate":1763158804609,"projectUrl":"project/littles-learn-language/9875129/","projectTitle":"Littles Learn Language","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Copas","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10081439_orig.jpg?crop=240,240,x40,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1752682834744","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10081439"},{"teacherId":10180433,"projectId":9604208,"letterContent":"My students have loved the health board that is in place! I freeze the shaving cream that has been used and they get a different sensory experience the second time around.
