Bungee fitness will be used for every grade level (PK - 4th) to exercise on and enjoy. The set up would be a minimum of 6 feet apart for Covid safety. Bungee fitness would normally require a bungee gym membership which is expensive and unattainable from our student body, as well as, increase the risk of contracting Covid-19 by visiting unmasked public gyms. Bringing bungee fitness into our PE program would allow students to experience a pioneering, new, crazy-fun form of exercise while strengthening muscles from head to toe. A huge part of their PE experience is to release stress, play hard, and walk out sweaty and happy! Adding this element to our PE program would be pure magic and something our students would normally not be able to experience for financial reasons. Exploring all the diverse exercises that bungee fitness includes would be monumental for our students and staff alike. Thank you for your consideration!
