Several of them immediately volunteered to be \"wagon drivers,\" proudly loading it up with all of ur equipment. The portable bench quickly became a favorite spot where players would sit together, encouraging and cheering for their teammates. It has created a true sense of professional team spirit. Right away, we used the new agility ladders in a warmup rotation. The students were laughing and pushing themselves to go faster, all while building balance, speed, and footwork. One of our players said, \"We look like a real team now!\" and that comment alone showed the impact these materials had on their confidence and pride.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to continue building structured practice plans that rotate through skill-development stations which includes dribbling, passing, speed training, and shooting using the new agility ladders and cones. This equipment is helping us focus on teamwork, technique, and joy in the game, rather than worrying about whether we have enough tools to support everyone. Thank you again for helping us give our young athletes not only equipment but also a stronger sense of professionalism, pride, and belonging. Fidgets and flexible seating helps students regulate their bodies and maintain focus during instruction, especially during literacy tasks that require sustained attention. The comfy seat offered a designated, calming space for students who benefited from sensory support, while the high quality cardstock ensured that frequently used learning materials such as phonics cards and game pieces remain durable and accessible for repeated practice. \r\n\r\nThese supports were especially valuable during the blending game Oh Rats!, which assesses students' decoding of initial consonant blends the game requires students to manipulate and read blend and rhyme combinations and the sturdy cardstock kept the pieces intact and easy to handle for young learners. Focus from fidgets and comfortable seating, students were better able to attend to the phonics tasks, apply their decoding skills, and demonstrate mastery of initial blends in an engaging, low stakes format. Together, these tools strengthened both the learning environment and the quality of the students phonics practice.","fullyFundedDate":1755700294214,"projectUrl":"project/lets-get-write-to-learning-help-sto/9580310/","projectTitle":"Let's Get \"Write\" to Learning!--Help Stock Our Classroom.","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Mukira","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2967542"},{"teacherId":3313058,"projectId":9317737,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting our classroom and funding our fun bags for our kiddos heading to Kindergarten.
