Not only that, but we wanted to create an experience that would kick off the school year in a positive way. Our community showed up! \r\n\r\nWe probably had about 1,000 people at the event throughout the afternoon. We had food trucks on our blacktop, games for families to play, name tags, a \"dunk a teacher tank,\" a raffle, and so much more. Most importantly, we were able to provide students with pencils, pens, highlighters, erasers, notebooks, and folders because of your support! \r\n\r\nOut of all the projects I've created or contributed to over the years, this one truly stands out.
