They designed their pieces during our after school club and displayed them in the hallway for our red carpet event. Parents, students, and staff members have all commented on how great the artwork is! We are now using the canvases to create artwork for our newly designed Zen Den (a collaborative space we designed for the SBHC). \r\n\r\nI love being able to put students in a position to design and create and I truly appreciate your generosity in helping to make that happen. Our club, Park 21, worked extremely hard to design a red carpet experience that would uplift every parent, student, and staff member that came to the show. \r\n\r\nThis year, our play was Spongebob the Musical and our team decided to create an underwater theme for our red carpet event. The students hung the blue streamers down the hallway, blue and white globes from the ceiling, and created large heads for some of the iconic Spongebob characters. We also rolled out the red carpets, built a Krusty Krab sign, created custom art pieces, and added \"seaweed\" to the design. The jellyfish lanterns were also a huge hit with the attendees. \r\n\r\nCreating and designing this hallway is one of our club's favorite projects of the year. It takes a lot of time, preparation, and hard work, but it let's us showcase the students' creativity, leadership, and collaboration. \r\n\r\nWe truly appreciate your help in creating another memorable experience for our school community!
