Our students need google licenses to use with chromebooks that were previously funded in another project and a chromebook cart to properly store and charge our chromebooks. Students will use the chromebook cart to learn responsibility to take care of the classroom's chromebooks. Our students need chromebooks to use various educational programs and resources which help them to practice and increase their English language skills. Students will use chromebooks to read books on RAZ Kids, learn new vocabulary on Quizlet, practice writing and grammar skills, and learn and practice math skills on MobyMax, do homework, create online projects and much much more! The chromebook cart will help to protect our chromebooks and assure they are around for a long time to help students better grasp concept and learn and prepare for a future in a technology filled world. Students will learn and practice valuable technology skills along with important information, that will help them to compete in this competitive global economy. Most of our students do not have access to computers and technology at home and will greatly benefit from learning to care for and use these chromebooks in the classroom.
