The notebooks are used almost daily, to take class notes, draw diagrams/models and write lab reports. The notebooks prevent students from losing their work, because it is all in one place and it typically does not leave the classroom. Students use the markers to enhance their models and diagrams. One student described it as \"making the picture look pretty.\" Also, the glue sticks are helpful for attaching printed work to their notebook pages. For example, I included a picture of the Chromatography lab in which students attached their chromatography strips into their notebooks as part of their data and observations. \r\n\r\nWe will continue to use these resources throughout the course. At the end of the course, students will have an organized and comprehensive record of everything they learned in class. The resistance bands have become a key part of our warm-ups, mobility routines, and speed development drills. One of my favorite moments came during our first full session using the new racks — the students' faces lit up when they walked into the weight room and saw the upgraded setup.
