Part of an immigrant experience is becoming part of a common cultural language. How can I help those texts become more accessible to English Language Learners? While I am tasked with teaching some of the classic texts for American students, I want to make these texts more accessible for an English Language Learner. A play is meant to be seen and not simply read. Since these are the original texts, I can also use these texts with all students. I work in an urban school district and funds are always very thin. Thank you for your help. I truly appreciate it.
