On game days, it is a given that our team will be wearing identical jerseys. However, one thing that really stood out to me on game day was just how much more the opposing team(s) were organized. They not only looked like a team on the field but off the field as well. While having a sports bag is nice, the real purpose of everyone having the same bag is to enhance our team's identity. In other words, it's important for each player to feel as though they are a part of ONE team. So, the idea of every player having the same bag lined up along the sideline fosters organization, unity and team. I think it is extremely important for players to understand the significance of working together in all facets of the sport not just on the field.
