Students are using it to physically manipulate and master transformations—translating, rotating, and reflecting figures with clarity and confidence in a way that traditional paper simply doesn't allow. Their excitement at \"seeing math move\" has been incredible.\r\n\r\nYou also helped restock our room with hundreds of sharpened pencils, giving students one less barrier to learning and one more reason to stay engaged. It seems like a small thing, but for many of our kids, having consistent access to basic supplies makes all the difference.\r\n\r\nAnd the fig bars you funded? They've become an essential source of energy during long work sessions and testing days. Your gift ensured that students can nourish their minds without worrying about whether they have something to nourish their bodies.\r\n\r\nYour kindness reached far beyond supplies. You gave students dignity, consistency, and the message that there are people out there rooting for their success—even people they've never met. That impact is immeasurable.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of my students and our school community, thank you for believing in us. All students K-8th grade have a special supplemental block during which they work on math and ELA skills targeted at each student's specific needs. In order to do that, we have to group students by common needed skills. As you can imagine, it can get a little hectic trying to teach different skills to different students all at once.\r\n\r\nThat's where the whiteboards come in. Teachers can place high-quality whiteboards anywhere in the room. Several students can be completing problems on these whiteboards while the instructors simply circulate to help individual students. This would be nearly impossible if students were working at their desks; teachers can't see all the work that's happening that way.\r\n\r\nThis project also funds incentives in the form of healthy snacks. Kids can't simply sit down at a desk, listen to a lecture, and learn new information anymore. That's not how highly effective schools of the 21st century work.
