We've have also been able to use the fruit snacks as a reward for students who are on task and they love it. We are able to also use our toys such as the etch-a-sketch and the sensory toys for recess. With the snow and rain having more indoor recess toys has helped a lot. \r\n\r\nWhen we first got the materials my students were thrilled. I introduced them by first showing them our new books because they have been asking for us to update the library. Reading \"Islandborn\" to my class was great because they knew many of the Spanish words in the text. In fact, they were even telling me how to pronounce some.
