Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in our classroom, and I am so grateful for your support.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, my students now have access to the materials and flexible seating that help them feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn. For many of them, this means having supplies they may not have otherwise had and a classroom environment that truly supports their needs. These are things that might seem small, but they have a huge impact on their daily experiences and success.\r\n\r\nI wish you could see the smiles on their faces as they use these new resources. They feel proud, excited, and cared for—and that feeling carries into their learning every single day. You have helped create a space where students feel valued and motivated to do their best.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students and investing in their future. Because of you, my students have been able to learn in a space that is more engaging, organized, and motivating—and they felt that impact immediately.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, the excitement in the room was unforgettable. Students were especially thrilled about the flexible seating and classroom economy items. There were so many \"Can we use these today?!\" moments, and it created an instant sense of ownership and pride in our classroom. They truly felt like this space was made for them.\r\n\r\nWe have already begun using these resources in our daily learning. During our math and language arts block, students use the clipboards and organized supply systems to work independently and stay focused. Our \"I Have, Who Has?\" games have become a favorite way to review skills—students are engaged, listening closely, and excited to participate. The brain break activities have also made a huge difference, allowing students to reset and come back ready to learn.\r\n\r\nOne of the most impactful additions has been our classroom economy system. Students are earning rewards for completing assignments, showing responsibility, and making positive choices. It has transformed the way they approach their work—they are more motivated, accountable, and proud of their progress. It has also helped build a strong sense of community, where students encourage one another to succeed.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue to use these materials to support both academic growth and social-emotional development. As we move into upcoming units, students will use these tools during small group work, independent practice, and collaborative projects. The structure and engagement these resources provide will help them stay focused, take ownership of their learning, and build confidence in their abilities.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our classroom is not just a place to learn—it is a place where students feel supported, motivated, and excited to grow. We have enjoyed using the seating cushions for our learning time at the carpet. The whiteboards and markers have been used alternately with the LCD boards to have show downs and the students love it. \r\nTheir favorite part of small group is the sand writing. With the clear trays and black sand, students have been able to practice fine motor skills while using a multi-sensory method of learning. We also use the green crayons to practice another multi-sensory approach with bumpy screens while repeating the letter name and sound. \r\nAs we continue our small group lessons for the remainder of the year, students are excited to start putting their new letter knowledge to the test with the POP for letters game.","fullyFundedDate":1768738058326,"projectUrl":"project/inspire-learning/10034990/","projectTitle":"Inspire learning!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hannel","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7642727"},{"teacherId":7413165,"projectId":9994720,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting this project. To say they are grateful is an understatement. \r\n\r\nSince we just celebrated Nevada Reading Week last week, students got to use their new book bins to house their books for the week. Students enjoy wearing safety goggles and it helps them to understand the importance of protecting themselves. Also, the magnifying glasses have come in handy for so many lessons already.
