The composition books are serving us well as a place where students write down their daily goals and if they have reached them throughout the day. \r\n\r\nThe students really enjoy receiving certificates in color when they have reached a new level in reading and multiplication facts!! Students have been using their new crayons for a lot of beginning-of-the-year activities!! When they use reading apps, they can listen and follow along as the app reads the book to them. The earbuds solve this problem beautifully!\r\n\r\nThe highlighters are helping my students focus on text evidence when they read. Your donation of headphones has made an immediate and meaningful difference in our classroom. My students use the headphones daily during independent learning time, especially when working on online programs like IXL and other math applications. One powerful moment was during a small group lesson when the rest of the class was working independently with their headphones, students were fully focused, able to hear instructions clearly, and stayed engaged without distractions. This allowed me to give more targeted support to my small groups while the rest of the class continued learning productively.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new headphones, they were incredibly excited and eager to use them. Many of them had experienced frustration before with broken or shared headphones, so having their own reliable set made them feel valued and ready to learn. They will engage in personalized learning pathways, listening to directions, practicing skills, and building independence as learners.
