My students belong to a dual language program. We are beginning our fifth year in dual language, and it is very challenging to provide resources during these challenging times in education. With cuts after cuts and having to provide more with less it is imperative that we find resources to help our children become successful scholars. Most of our students are on free or reduced lunch. The community that they live in has a high rate of poverty and crime, but our children are resilient learners and enjoy coming to school.

About my class
