The group kidney table that I am requesting for my students is an essential component that helps the centers process run smoothly from day to day. A round kidney table for centers and wobble chairs, will comfortably seat 4-6 students, facilitate student learning in the area of math, science, technology, and literacy. Also, by having this kidney table for centers will allow my students to work quietly using their favorite literacy, science or math app. By receiving this essential table and flexible chairs it will not just impact one student's life but more than 30 students. Flexible seating allows students to become independent and also allows the option for small group collaboration. Let's save trees by providing each student with a dry-erase board and marker. Also, by laminating materials and using the ELA Information Text kit, students will be able to reuse classroom materials. Something important to consider is that most of these materials are very durable and can last for a very long time. So the number of students enjoying these resources could be exponential.
