The donations have made a huge impact. The over the ear headphones and books were a welcomed addition to our class and the kids of very appreciative.\r\n\r\nBefore the over the ear headphones, we had been using a class set of in the ear headphones that were several years old. These were broken or in the process of breaking and the kiddos hated using them. Especially because they had to share these headphones with others and stick the earbuds into their ears. The over the ear headphones are much more sanitary and the kids love the cool colors. \r\n\r\nThe books really helped to improve our class library. Every Thursday we participate in DEAR (Drop Everything And Read). The students are very excited about the new selection of books and the book series.
