Students are going to be researching the causes and effects of the Great Migration as part of project-based learning in their Social Studies class. The end result of this research will be creative and expressive displays/posters, videos, and presentations of everything they've learned. I'm excited to see the myriad ways my diverse group of students will show what they've learned, but we need class sets of art supplies in order to accomplish that goal. This project will help students develop many useful skills for the future like graphic design, public speaking, informative writing, and more! These skills will be useful in both high school and their future careers.

About my class
