Learners are more willing to try new things when they feel that making mistakes are low risk, dry erase boards help them find that comfort. One thing learners tend to find very difficult to practice in a safe and comfortable, low risk, manner is graphing. With double sided dry erase boards learners can and will practice more graphing because they will feel safe and spend less time drawing graphs. In addition to low risk learners are able to build their social and emotional behaviors by building confidence in their work, even when they make mistakes they will keep trying.
