It has been wonderful watching them take pride in knowing where their supplies belong and taking responsibility for keeping our classroom organized.\r\n\r\nThe laminator and laminating pouches are allowing me to create hands-on literacy and math activities, learning games, visual supports, and center materials that can be used again and again. We are now able to record games and practices, giving our athletes the opportunity to see themselves play and better understand the feedback they receive from their coaches. Instead of simply explaining positioning, movement, or a mistake that occurred during a game, we can show students the actual play and discuss what they did well and what adjustments they can make.\r\n\r\nOur students have been especially excited about being able to watch their game footage. They enjoy seeing their successful plays, but more importantly, they are beginning to use the recordings as a learning tool. Athletes are becoming more aware of their positioning, communication, serving, passing, and decision-making on the court. For many of our younger athletes, seeing something on video helps them understand a coaching point much faster than verbal instruction alone.\r\n\r\nThis technology has also helped us create a more organized and developmental volleyball program. As our program continues to grow and serve more student-athletes, having reliable equipment to record and review games allows us to provide each athlete with additional opportunities to learn and improve.
