The fidgets have also been incredibly helpful, giving students a safe and appropriate way to manage anxiety, release nervous energy, and stay present during counseling sessions.\r\n\r\nWhen the items first arrived, students were excited and curious about the new additions to their safe space. Many commented on how cozy and different the office felt. Now, these tools are part of our daily counseling routines.
