We loved being able to choose how to decorate our frames to show off our personalities. these pictures stay in our classroom all year for everyone to see.\r\n\r\nWe have had lots of art activities but two of our favorites have been disguising our turkeys for Thanksgiving, and creating art with shapes.\r\n\r\nThe next step with our art materials will be to create an art center where we can go to create as one of our center choice times. They were excited to have new ways to learn and memorize their multiplication and division facts. The students were especially excited to have their own set of fraction bars to look at and compare fractions.\r\n\r\nStudents have just begun to learn multiplication and are beginning to understand how it works. Having these fluency tools will help them immensely as they continue to learn their multiplication facts and commit them to memory.
