Students were eager to explore everything, asking questions, touching, organizing, and imagining how they would use each item in our coffee shop setup. For many of our students, who thrive with hands-on and visual learning experiences, having real equipment made the learning feel important and authentic. However, today's students are much more comfortable using digital tools. They have a hard time having the patience to repeat measurements to be sure it is accurate.\r\n\r\nWith a digital scale, the measurements are automatic as well as the scales being programmable to measure multiple units making conversion math less prone to human error.
