These new bins are the perfect size for our classroom because they are larger than typical storage bins and are very easy for my young learners to open and close on their own. This makes a big difference for students who are working hard to develop their independence and confidence.\r\n\r\nMy students especially love using the manipulatives stored in these bins. They use them for hands-on activities such as matching, sorting, counting, letters, and other individual learning tasks at our independent work center. Having the materials organized in easy-to-access bins allows students to choose and complete their work with less adult assistance while practicing important academic and life skills.
