The uniform shirts and pants required by our district are always an added expense for families and often they just cant afford new ones when needed. It has been filled with used clothing donations of various sizes. Correct or popular sizes were not usually available. The funded clothing was so embraced by our students! It feels like shopping instead of picking out used. ill fitting clothing to wear in front of their peers all day. They delivered some to each classroom and left over supplies are on hand until depleted. \r\n\r\nThis project has helped our staff and students but personally, it's made this year so much easier for me (and my family). I spend a lot of my own money on supplies for myself and other staff. I am at whole box stores weekly to purchase snacks, drinks, and hygiene products for the students.
