The third through eight grade classes began with creating one of kind works based on our studies of Vejigante Masks from Puerto Rican folklore. The third, fourth, and fifth graders made two dimensional masks and created various patterns to embellish their masks. While the middle school artists designed three dimensional masks incorporating various patterns and symmetry.
